Ike Leads After Day 3 at the FLW Chevy Open on the Potomac River
Ike posted a nearly 4lb. lead over Clark Wendlandt on day 3 of the FLW Chevy Open Tour Event, sponsored by Kellogg's on the Potomac River. Ike's 21lb. bag was the biggest so far of the tournament. Every angler caught over 10lbs. on day 3, but it was Ike, who weighed in second to last, who pulled nothing but big fish out of his bag. Another angler had mentioned earlier in the weigh-in that he had "Heard a lot of screaming from Iaconelli's boat this morning".
The top 10 fish again on Saturday, combining their day 3 & 4 weights to determine the $200,000 winner, and determine who will be the FLW champion, which is still being decided between #10 Greg Hackney and #9 Toshinari Namiki. Currently only 2oz. separate #3 Sam Newby, #4 Gary Yamamoto, and #5 Jerry Williams.
