Ike Finishes 3rd at Bassmaster Elite 50 at Lewisville

After leading day 3 of the Bassmaster Elite 50 tournament at Lake Lewisville, Mike finished in third place behind Kevin VanDam, and Brian Snowden. Though Ike caught only 3lbs. 9oz., he had the third heaviest weight of the day, and brought 3 fish to the scale, 2nd only to VanDam, the only angler to weigh-in a 5 fish limit.

The win by VanDam gives him a slim 1 point advantage over Ike in the Elite 50 championship race. Going into the final event, both anglers have made the semi-finals of every event this year. Ike has finished 2nd, and 3rd respectively in the last two events.

For his 3rd place finish and day 3 catch, Mike earned a $13,000 paycheck at Lake Lewisville.
