Iaconelli Finishes 8th At the Red River Central Open

After finishing 36th at the Bull Shoals Elite Series tournament, Iaconelli rebounded with an 8th place tournament finish at the Bass Pro Shops Bassmaster Central Open on the Red River. With that strong finish, Iaconelli goes into back-to-back Elite series events with much needed confidence, positive attitude and veracious appetite for catching a livewell full of big bass.

With little practice after Bull Shoals, Iaconelli reported, "just trying to fish the moment", focusing on catching one bass at a time. Without go-to honey holes marked, or a clear pattern, Ike just went out after bass. Ike plans to forget past experience at West Point and continue this Red River "fishing the moment" approach.
