Iaconelli Leads Bassmaster Elite 50 on Lake Dardanelle After Day 1

It has been a good week for Mike Iaconelli. "Fishing on the Edge", Mike's new book, was released May 17th, and on May 18th Mike took the lead after day 1 of the Lake Dardanelle Bassmaster Elite 50 Series event with 15lbs. 1oz. Close behind is 2003 Bassmaster Classic runner-up Gary Klein. Only 6oz. seperates Klein and Iaconelli going into day 2 of this 4 day event.

The rest of the top 6 include Zell Roland, Davy Hite, David Fritts, and Tommy Biffle, all seperated by less than 2lbs.

The field will be cut to 12 and the remaining anglers begin fishing a six "hole" course Friday.
