When I think of catching grouper deep water jigging with heavy tackle immediately comes to mind. Not necessarily the most thrilling way to catch them. Luckily that concept was completely irrelevant when I joined forces with Clay Shilder of Hang em' High Sport Fishing Clay is on one of the moe unique (and thrilling) bites I've encountered: light tackle grouper on plugs, sometimes even TOPWATER.
