Larry explains that there are 3 types of bass: closedmouth bass, openmouth bass and swimmers.
When dealing with a closedmouth bass, you have to let 'em have it. Feed 'em some line, then use your 12/0 hook and rip 'em.
The openmouth, they come up and nibble, but blow it out. What you need to do is time it, because fish bite in multiples of 3, but the secret is let them have it and then power hookset it on the 19th nibble.
With the swimmers, are you have to do is real, and 89% of the time, it's a 100% hookup.
