When using fluorocarbon, like Berkley Trilene 100% Fluorocarbon, Ike likes the Improved clinch knot. When using mono, like Berkley Trilene XT or braid, like Spiderwire Stealth, Ike likes the palomar knot, probably the best overall. Lastly, when pitching or flipping with fluorocarbon or braid with a VMC Ike Approved straight shank hook, Ike likes a Snell Knot.
