I'm Finally Locked In! | Susquehanna Kayak Tournament Day 2 Bass Fishing Video

Day 2 on the Susquehanna was all about settling down, trusting the plan, and sticking with what I knew.

On Day 1, I was fishing too fast. I was exploring too much, thinking about too many things, and never really settling into a rhythm. But I knew there were big smallmouth in this area, and I knew they would eat a topwater.

So on Day 2, I made the decision to calm down and commit.

Same area. Topwater locked in my hand. No running around looking for something better. Just slow down, fish what’s in front of me, and trust that the bites would come.

And they did.

Sometimes the biggest tournament adjustment isn’t changing your bait or changing locations. Sometimes you have to change yourself.

Hope you guys enjoy Part 2 of my Bassmaster Kayak Series adventure on the Susquehanna River!
