Ike’s FINAL Bassmaster Elite Series Tournament | End of an Era Bass Fishing Video

Folks at home, folks at home! From the mind that brought you the Dirty30 series, Eric Guarino, we’re taking one final look back at my last Bassmaster Elite Series tournament.

Man… what an emotional ride. After 31 years of tournament fishing at the highest level, this one was different. The wins, the losses, the brutal weather, the long drives, the fans, the friendships, my family, and a lifetime spent chasing a dream — it all came flooding back.

And somehow, it all came full circle at the Thousand Islands. This is the place that helped launch my career and send me to the 2003 Bassmaster Classic, and all these years later, it became the site of my final Elite Series tournament.

But this isn’t retirement. It’s a change of direction.

If there’s one thing these 31 years have taught me, it’s this: you’ve got to LOVE FISHING. Not the trophies. Not the money. Not the fame. Fishing.

Thank you to every single person who has been a part of this ride. The fans, my family, my friends, my sponsors, B.A.S.S., and everyone who ever screamed NEVER GIVE UP with me. You gave me the opportunity to live a childhood dream, and I’ll never forget it.

The Elite Series chapter may be closing…but I have a feeling the best fishing is still ahead.

NEVER GIVE UP!

IKE
