Tight Wobble vs Wide Wobble Crankbaits: When, Where & Why Bass Fishing Video

Folks at home, tight wobble or wide wobble — which crankbait should you be throwing? In this episode of Ike In The Shop, we’re continuing the VERSUS series and breaking down one of my favorite ways to catch bass: crankbait fishing!
I’m putting a flat-sided, tight-wobbling crankbait head-to-head against a fat-bodied, wide-wobbling crankbait and showing you exactly when, where, and why I choose one over the other. We’ll talk water temperature, seasonality, water clarity, fishing pressure, tough conditions, aggressive fish, and how the mood of the bass and forage should determine which crankbait you pick up.
From cold, clear water where a subtle tight wobble shines to warm, dirty water where a big wide wobble can call fish to the bait, understanding this simple difference can completely change the way you crank.
If you love crankbait fishing — or you’ve ever stared into your tackle box wondering which one to throw — this one is for you. TIGHT vs. WIDE! Let’s go!
